The first step to ensuring your fire safety equipment is both up-to-date and legal is for one of our qualified technicians or safety officers to undertake a comprehensive survey of your premises.
Fire Safety Surveys and Inspections

The aim of this is to identify any recommendations and to advise you accordingly on:

  • Inventory of existing equipment
  • Age and condition of extinguishers
  • Positioning of equipment
  • Suggestions and recommendations

We will then work with you to establish a schedule and solution that meets both your needs and your budget.

New Fire Extinguishers

All new fire extinguishers supplied by Pyrotec are BSI and BAFE approved and carry a CE and Kite mark to BSEN3.

Helpful Hint
Revision of BS5306 Part 3The current industry standard has recently been revised to include an on-site service known as a ‘commissioning service’. This is required when a new extinguisher is installed in its designated location. Pyrotec will install the equipment to BS5306 2009 and provide a commissioning certificate for new orders to confirm this has been completed in accordance with this requirement. Alternatively a service certificate is provided if the work is carried out during a routine service.
