BSI
The British Standards Institution, or BSI as it’s more commonly referred to, is a UK organisation that works closely with businesses and the government to develop improved safety and quality standards on a wide range of products and services. Here at Pyrotec, we are proud to hold two BSI accreditations: FS 00547and EMS74017. These accreditations represent our commitment to delivering the highest fire safety standards with every project we do.
BAFE
BAFE – which stands for British Approvals for Fire Equipment – is the leading, independent third-party certification body for UK-based fire safety organisations. Approval from them is recognition that the company is a competent fire safety provider that offers exceptional services to all clients. At Pyrotec, we hold two BAFE certifications: SP101 and LPS1014.
LPCB
The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) is a leading, international certification body that specialises in all things security and fire safety. An LPCB accreditation means you can be certain that the product or service in question has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it meets all fire safety standards.
SafeContractor
SafeContractor is a rapidly expanding health and safety certification body in the UK. Pyrotec is accredited by SafeContractor, meaning you can be sure that all our services are carried out in a safe and responsible manner that meets the highest health and safety standards.
CHAS
At Pyrotec, we’re proud to hold the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) accreditation. CHAS certification reassures customers that the company has met a set of rigorous health and safety standards and is committed to upholding these.
Constructionline
Constructionline is a UK-based certification scheme that independently assesses construction companies to ensure they are delivering exceptional standards of safety and quality. Our Constructionline accreditation covers the fire safety services that we offer, meaning you can rely on our workmanship.
FIA
The Fire Industry Association (FIA) is the UK’s largest fire protection trade association, working to provide up-to-date education and training to all members. Our membership in FIA demonstrates our commitment to remaining at the forefront of the industry and continually raising our standards.
British Fire Services Association
The British Fire Services Association, or BFSA, represents the interests of fire and rescue services across the UK, providing constant training and guidance to all members. Through our membership of BFSA, Pyrotec is kept updated on all cutting-edge developments in the fire safety industry.
